The recent reduction in interest rates could possibly net you a greater savings than the tax incentive did.  Ask for a lender referral to find out if that is the case for you. 

Do you need a lender?

Being pre-approved for a loan should take no more than a couple of hours. If you need a recommendation for a lender, send me an email and I'll send you a list of lenders that I have personally worked with and know they will give you top notch service.
